Straight answers, written by the founder. If your question isn't here, email hello@cruma.ai — Sean replies personally.

01 What's the actual product? +

Cruma is an AI executive team for founder-led services firms — five specialist agents (Scout, Closer, Architect, Operator, Collector) that do the ops work that runs through you. Not a chatbot, not a task assistant, not a generic AI workflow. Each agent has a specific job, real tool access, and drafts finished work that waits for your approval.

In practice: Scout finds and scores leads while you sleep. Closer drafts follow-ups in your voice. Architect writes proposals overnight. Operator keeps delivery moving. Collector drafts invoices and chases AR. All in one workspace with a shared approval queue.

02 Who's behind this? Is this a real company? +

Founded by Sean Rana, who runs an AI-native agency called MotionWave. Cruma is the product MotionWave runs on — every day, the founder's own agency uses this exact workspace. We're an early team shipping fast, and every prospect right now gets direct access to the founder.

We're small. If you email the contact form, Sean sees it. If you hit a bug on a demo, Sean fixes it. For now, that's the upside of being early.

03 What does it cost? +

Early access is invite-only, so pricing isn't live yet. When it opens, it'll look roughly like this:

Solo — $299/mo for <$1M firms.
Growth — $999/mo base for $1M–$3M firms (this is the wedge).
Scale — $2,499/mo for $3M–$10M.
Managed — $7,500+/mo for firms that want our team running the crew.

Plus a small outcome overlay (per meeting booked, per qualified deal). Exact numbers finalize when invites open.

04 How does my data stay safe? +

Every workspace is a hard boundary — your clients, your pipeline, your crew's memory never touch another workspace. Everything's encrypted at rest and in flight. LLM calls are opted out of training; your content never enters a training corpus.

We're early, so we're being honest: SOC 2 Type II is in progress, not complete. Full security posture on security. Sub-processors listed there too.

05 What do I commit to on a demo? +

Nothing. It's a 30-minute call. Bring your actual stack — HubSpot, Apollo, your SDR contract, your bookkeeper invoice. We'll walk through exactly what Cruma replaces and what it would cost your firm.

No sales-qualification gauntlet, no "let us qualify you first" pre-call. Either it's a fit for your firm right now or it's a fit in 6 months. Either way you leave with a cleaner view of your own ops spend.

06 How fast can I actually see it work? +

Onboarding is ~5 minutes. You describe your firm in a conversation (no forms, no wizard), and the crew builds your workspace live. By minute 5, Scout has a shortlist, Architect has a proposal template in your voice, and Operator has your first project plan drafted.

From there, a first useful artifact lands in your approval queue within the hour. Nothing ships without your nod.

07 My firm isn't a marketing agency. Does this work for me? +

Probably yes. Cruma is built for founder-led services firms with a predictable leads→deliver→collect workflow — agencies, consultancies, dev shops, fractional execs, real estate brokerages, boutique law/accounting. We're focused on agencies for Year 1 because that's where we have the deepest playbook, but the crew runs the same pattern everywhere.

Book a demo and we'll tell you honestly whether your firm's version is "works great today" or "needs a specific playbook we haven't shipped yet."

08 What's the catch with the outcome overlay? +

No catch. When the crew books a meeting for you, you pay $25. When a deal qualifies, $50. When a month is slow, you pay the base and nothing else. It aligns us: we don't win unless your pipeline wins.

The shape contrasts with how 11x and Artisan priced AI SDRs (annual lock-in, per-seat games). We priced against the outsourced SDR you'd replace — $4K/mo for a human that ghosts you weekly vs $999 base + outcomes for a crew that doesn't.
